Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls tuned into a pony, because why not? If you can't read my hand writing I have a typed version.

Has a tall top hat, a black cane, a black bow tie, and an eye patch on one side (he only has one eye however and the eye patch is just for decoration). His legs and horn have a brick pyramid pattern on them, his body glows yellow, and his magic is blue fire (his horn will also turn greenish when he uses magic).
His cutie mark is the picture of Bill cipher surrounded by the 10 symbols: glasses, a question mark, a bag of ice, a pincher, a pine tree, a star with an eye inside it, a six finger hand, an alpaca, a shooting star, and a broken heart.
